ABOUT KSS IMMERSION SCHOOLS
Kids Speaking Spanish (KSS) offers a full- and part-time Spanish immersion preschool program in the San Francisco Bay Area for children aged two to six. KSS is a warm and nurturing environment where children flourish under the caring instruction of highly-experienced teachers from Spanish-speaking countries across the globe. We have convenient preschool locations in Berkeley, Oakland - Montclair, Oakland - Lincoln Highlands and Walnut Creek.
ABOUT THE CENTER DIRECTOR POSITION
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Center Director for our Berkeley location who is a flexible and enthusiastic team player with leadership and management experience as a site director of a daycare center or school with preschool age children ages 2-5 years.

CENTER DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for families and children
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to all teachers
- Promote an atmosphere that cultivates leadership, communication and accountability
- Ensure that our program adheres to Community Care Licensing regulations
- Oversee curriculum implementation
- Ensure that facilities and school environments are safe and well kept
- Serve as a leader and role model that supports the policies and mission of KSS

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (masters degree preferred)
- At least 3 years of preschool administrative experience
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Written and spoken fluency in Spanish
- Knowledge and experience in education and child development
- Fully licensed early childhood teacher and site supervisor (12 ECE Units minimum)
- Fully authorized to work now and in the future in the U.S.
Salary : $70,000 - $82,000
