About the Role : We are seeking Field Sales Representatives to serve as brand ambassadors, driving door-to-door sales for our client"s TV, Internet, and Mobility services in residential neighborhoods. Responsibilities :
Act as a brand ambassador, visiting residential customers face-to-face to promote and sell best in class TV, Internet, and Mobility services.
Utilize a client-provided territory lead list to market products and drive sales.
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to enhance their lifestyle, delivering exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with your team weekly to strategize, innovate, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
Utilize a field CRM system to manage leads and maintain your sales funnel.

Requirements :
2-3 years of door-to-door sales experience.
Experience with sales teams specializing in residential market penetration is advantageous.
Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and achieve goals.
Motivated by uncapped commission and rewards.
Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
Full-time availability : Tuesday to Friday, 12 : 00 pm – 8 : 00 pm, and Saturday, 10 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm for maximum customer contact.
Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
Ability to stand / walk for extended periods in all weather conditions.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Compensation :
100% commission with an aggressive rate card.
Phone allowance.
Monthly car allowance.
