Level 1 Trauma Center 16 bed Trauma Intensive Care Unit.
Job Requirements
Must be AHA.
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
Completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty. Minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization. Only 2 attempts allowed.
Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics. Completed within a year of start updated yearly. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed.
As of December 1st, 2023, a new edition was released. Traveler must complete with a passing score of at least 80% with only two attempts permitted. Agency to grade and upload with % on top of first page along with traveler’s e-signature and date. Extensions will be required to update to the latest version prior to clearance. Answers must be visibly marked on graded exam.
Optional for Onboarding, but needs to be uploaded by our Ascension unit leader within a week.

Must show proof of all 12 drugs tested, if some are tested within sub-category, must provide itemized list from lab. Include MRO Review for prescriptions or negative-dilute.
