What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Management Trainee position at KT and Associates?
This position is responsible for the direct management of a team of individuals responsible for field performance expectations including new business acquisition and service to our existing active client base. Sales Management Trainees also work hand in hand with the recruiting department, to find and train top tier talent. This position is an entry level management position, with ability to advance into executive leadership quickly.
Primary duties:
•New business acquisition.
- Training of new representatives.
- Monitoring daily activity of assigned team.
- Daily & Weekly reports on field activity.
- Weekly Recruitment.
- New Hire assessment.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum 2 Years in a leadership role (preferred, not
required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
