Job Summary:
The Director of Business Development is responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities that drive company growth and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship management to expand the organization's market presence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify emerging market trends and potential business opportunities.
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and enhance product or service offerings.
· Client Acquisition: Generate new sales leads, promote the company's products or services to prospective clients, and negotiate contract terms.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business collaborations.
· Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
· Assist Sales Management with formulation of sales strategies and yearly budget.
· Perform various other duties and activities assigned by manager within the physical constraints of the job.
Required Skills & Abilities:
· 2 years of relevant sales experience.
· Ability to quickly gain a broad-based knowledge of KT’s Disposal Services
· Excellent written and oral communications skills
· Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
· Organized and Detail Oriented.
· Self-Starter
Education & Experience
· College Bachelor’s Degree/Equivalent, Preferred
· Work Experience: 5 Years
· Previous Business Development/Sales Experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
· Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
· Oil and Gas Industry General Knowledge, Preferred
Physical Requirements

Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Work is usually done outdoors and sometimes at a client facility or job site and is frequently performed in inclement and/or extreme weather conditions. The incumbent is exposed to moving electricity, mechanical parts, vehicles, equipment, and hazardous materials. This position regularly requires long work hours and frequent weekend work.
