Key Responsibilities:
1. General Administrative Support:
o Greeting visitors and clients.
o Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Organizing and maintaining office files and documents.
2. **Communication Management:
o Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, faxes, letters).
o Coordinating internal and external communications.
3. **Office Management:
o Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
o Coordinating office equipment maintenance and repairs.
o Ensuring the office environment is well-organized and functional.
4. **Data Entry and Documentation:
o Inputting and updating data in various systems (spreadsheets, databases)
o Preparing reports and other documents.
5. **Project Assistance:
o Supporting managers with administrative tasks related to project execution and safety compliance.
o Tracking project deadlines and deliverables.
6. **Financial Administration:
o Assist with the collection and data entry of payroll, invoicing, and expense reports
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
