What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistance position at KT Group Inc?

We are seeking an Office Assistance to join our team!

You will perform light clerical and administrative duties as well as provide assistance to office staff as needed.

Hours would be Monday - Thursday 1PM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Attend any office guests and keep track of important packages.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls.
  • Aid in office organization and filing documents.
  • Print and proofread important budget documents on a daily basis.
  • Prepare both domestic and international packages.
  • Aid production of swatch cards, packages, and deliveries within Manhattan.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields would be appreciated.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude.

Salary : $15 - $16
