Ensure all packages are accurately labeled.
Load orders onto delivery vehicle in a safe and organized manner, ensuring that items are
secure for transit.
Delivery Operation
Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to ensure timely delivery to members.
Deliver orders to member locations, unload products and capture images as proof of delivery.
Handle packages with care to prevent damage during loading, transit and unloading.
Member Service
Provide friendly and professional member service during deliveries, addressing any questions or
concerns members may have.
Communicate with members about delivery times, delays, or changes to their orders.
Handle member complaints or issues promptly and escalate them to leadership if necessary.
Vehicle Maintenance and Safety
Operate delivery vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, following all traffic laws and
company safety policies.
Perform routine checks such as checking the oil, fuel and tire pressure. Report any issues to
leadership.
Keep delivery vehicle clean and organized to ensure a professional appearance.
Inventory Management
Assist in the organization and execution of all warehouse functions as needed.
Assist with stock replenishment and put away after deliveries have been completed.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with the Fulfillment team to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Communicate any issues that may affect deliveries or member satisfaction to relevant team
members.
Assist in special projects or tasks as assigned by leadership.

Pay : $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
