Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer with at least 2 years of experience in construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to assist with a variety of tasks on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
- Assist with general labor duties on construction sites
- Help with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Support skilled workers (carpenters, masons, etc.) as needed
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA certification (preferred but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
