Position Overview:
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. Your efforts will be integral to ensuring that the organization maintains its reputation for excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process for corporate and field positions, from job posting to offer letter.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles including electrical technicians, project managers, estimators, and administrative staff.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategy support.
- Assist in developing job descriptions, interview questions, and other recruitment materials.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and industry-specific platforms to attract top candidates.
- Attend job fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences to promote the company and its opportunities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on corporate and field positions (preferably in the construction or electrical contracting industry).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, social media platforms, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for finding the best talent.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and labor laws.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
