Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and package products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers, safely and efficiently.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and order picking processes.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet production goals.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a distribution center or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and other heavy equipment is a plus.
- Experience with AS400 systems or similar inventory management software is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
