Job Overview
KT Black Services, LLC, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Grand Rapids.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the recruitment and placement of employees for our clients. This is a fast paced environment and we are looking for a high energy professional to meet the challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen and interview potential candidates for various skilled trade positions
- Conduct background checks and verify licenses and certifications of candidates
- Manage and maintain electronic records of candidates, including their credentials, schedules and availability
- Coordinate and schedule employees for assignments based on clients' needs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Resolve any issues or concerns related to the placement of employees in a timely manner
- Participate in marketing and sales activities to promote the company's services and attract new clients
Requirements:
- General knowledge of the skilled trades industry is preferred
- Able to assist employees with the onboarding process
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience
