Position Highlights :
- Guaranteed Compensation : $267K per year for full-time 40-hour call positions, with average compensation closer to $300K / year.
- Malpractice Coverage : Provided, including tail coverage.
- Sign-On Bonus : $50K.
- Additional Income : Ample opportunities to push compensation beyond the base salary.
- Call : 1 : 12 backup call, no in-house call as long as a 30-minute response time is met.
- Hours : Guaranteed 36 or 40 hours per week as scheduled, with compensation for additional hours worked beyond the contract.
- Night Shifts : No night shift rotation.
- Paid Time Off : Six weeks' vacation.
- Heart Experience : Experience with cardiac procedures increases compensation.
