As they establish the practice, we are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join the team and help us make a positive impact in the community.
Position Overview :
As a Nurse Practitioner at the new practice, you will have the opportunity to shape patient care from the ground up. You will initially see 8-10 patients per day, with the potential for growth as we expand our patient base. This role does not include walk-ins, allowing you to focus on providing comprehensive care to your patients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in primary care.
