Job Title : Pain Management Physician

Location : Bradenton, FL

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pain Management Physician to join our team in Bradenton, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced pain management techniques and a dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients. This position offers a dynamic balance of clinical work and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform a variety of advanced pain management procedures, including radio frequency ablations, injections, kyphoplasty, intrathecal pumps, and spinal cord stimulators. Must do 50 procedures per day.

Conduct 4-5 procedure days per week, delivering top-tier care to patients.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments and detailed medical histories.
Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Actively contribute to practice productivity and patient satisfaction, with opportunities for additional compensation based on performance.

Qualifications :

Medical degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice in Florida.

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience.

Board certification in Pain Management or a related field.

Extensive experience performing pain management procedures, including radio frequency ablations, injections, kyphoplasty, intrathecal pumps, and spinal cord stimulators.

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment while ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Salary : Base salary starting at $500,000 per year.

Bonus Potential : Up to $40,000 annually, based on patient satisfaction and productivity.
