Desktop Support Technician
Location: Bear River City, Utah 84301 (Onsite)
Experience: 3 years
Contract: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hardware and application support queries reported to the support desk.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, workstation hardware/software, and encryption issues.
- Install and configure printer drivers, IP/Cloud Printing, and OneDrive migrations.
- Perform data recovery on failed systems and resolve password-related issues.
- Support Windows troubleshooting, OS updates, encryption, and O365/iPlanet setups.
- Assist with LAN/WAN connectivity and networking tasks (switch install, AP swap-out).
- Set up and maintain video conferencing equipment.
- Provide technical support for cell phones, including setup and troubleshooting.
- Take ownership of assigned issues and escalate as needed for quick resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and composure while handling challenging customers.
