Desktop Support Technician
Location : Hamilton, MT 59840 (Onsite)
Experience : 3 years
Contract : 6 Months
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software issues for desktops and laptops.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Manage asset inventory and stock movement.
- Provide remote and on-site IT support, including user assistance and vendor coordination.
- Handle ticketing systems, service requests, and SLA adherence.
- Assist with network, printer, and firewall activities.
- Perform quality checks, audits, and inventory management.
- Order and manage hardware / accessories stock.
- Provide deskside and customer service support.
- Support IT operations in manufacturing / production environments.
