Lab Support Technician
Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite)
Experience: 3 years
Contract: 6 Months
Requirement:
- Implements, monitors, and provides technical support of customer laboratory environments, typically integrated with instrumentation.
- Will work with vendors, scientists, other LCS staff and networking teams to ensure functionality of laboratory IT facilities, install relocated equipment and onboard new lab instruments
- Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Trading Applications such as:
- Bloomberg, Bloomberg add-ins for Office.
- Use of Active Directory, setting users, add permissions, changing group policies, logon scripts.
- Configuration of local and network printers.
- Troubleshooting connectivity issues, Ethernet, wireless.
- Supporting users with all issues after upgrade.
- Keep inventory and asset management.
- Report to client project manager
- To maintain a high degree of customer interaction and service for all support queries.
Salary : $25 - $30
