Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Architect with expertise in SailPoint or equivalent IGA platform to join our team. This role is integral to enhancing our current workflows and optimizing our SailPoint implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SailPoint or equivalent IGA platform solutions and practical experience in developing and implementing effective strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a technical solution architect, leveraging SailPoint architectural strength to design practical, effective solutions that enhance system functionality.
• Work directly with internal teams and SailPoint vendors to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements.
• Drive initiatives to increase the reliability and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Thought leadership and best practices for SailPoint implementations and change management.
• Facilitate training and KT
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess and analyze current workflows and processes related to SailPoint.
• Work directly with SailPoint vendors to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements.
• Serve as a technical solution architect," leveraging SailPoint architectural strength to design practical, effective solutions that enhance system functionality.
• Drive initiatives to increase the reliability and efficiency of SailPoint operations, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Provide thought leadership and best practices for SailPoint implementations, guiding teams through change management.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower team members in utilizing SailPoint effectively.
• Identify opportunities to simply architecture as well as workflows to enhance user experience and enable rapid innovation in workforce IAM
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role with a focus on SailPoint.
• Strong background in identity governance and administration (IGA) processes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and workflows to create optimized solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to solution development.
• Hands on experience debugging platform issues related to scalability & reliability
Preferred Skills:
• Relevant certifications in SailPoint or related identity management solutions.
• Track record of successful project delivery and measurable outcomes in SailPoint environments.
