Job Summary :
We are looking for a Functional Subject matter expert (SME) in Material Requirement Planning MRP, Oracle -Manufacturing / shopfloor execution, Production Scheduling & Capacity Planning who can work out of the Westchester, PA office for an implementation.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions to optimize inventory management, production scheduling, and overall supply chain efficiency by leveraging Oracle's MRP planning tools, including advanced features like demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply chain optimization across various business scenarios & outside processing.
- Ensuring data integrity by managing and cleansing data within the Oracle system, including item master data, BOMs, and lead times
- Generating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory levels, production efficiency, and supply chain performance
- Providing training and support to end users on Oracle Planning and MRP functionalities, addressing queries, and resolving issues
- Translate the business requirements to functional specifications document, develop and own requirements traceability matrix
- Identify and manage functionality and Application issues during CRP, SIT, UAT
- Work with technical team on data conversion and existing data transformation.
