Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead a green-field implementation program for automotive customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and a deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the green-field implementation program for automotive customers, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to build and define the PLM roadmap and align with business goals.
- Lead and facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with business teams, mapping solutions within the PLM platform.
- Exhibit excellent customer interfacing skills, ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Lead and direct Organization Change Management (OCM) efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of PLM solutions.
- Work across the entire PLM process from requirements gathering to after-sales support, including Engineering (design, BOM, Requirement Management, Variant Management, Project Management, etc.) and Manufacturing (MBOM, etc.).
- Provide guidance and solutions around CAD/CAM/CAE tools and functions in the context of PLM.
- Hands-on experience in 3DEXPERIENCE V6 2022x or later (latest version exposure is preferred).
- Exposure to Cloud migration/adoption and SaaS, with preference for experience on the AWS platform.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE, with at least 10 years of relevant consulting experience.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing PLM solutions for automotive clients.
- Strong knowledge of PLM processes, including requirements management, engineering design, BOM management, and manufacturing processes.
