Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in high-energy-density battery cell packaging development. This role involves both internal design work and providing technical oversight for outsourced battery cell package development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and design of battery cell packaging for high-energy-density applications.
- Utilize knowledge of Lithium Polymer Battery Technologies and/or other high-density energy storage solutions to design packaging, manage charging and discharging processes, and implement cooling, balancing, and handling systems.
- Apply a strong understanding of electronics hardware, particularly in power-related applications.
- Demonstrate expertise in electronics fundamentals, especially within automotive or aerospace environments, taking into account a wide range of usage conditions.
- Guide product development for series production, ensuring the establishment of development criteria and testing requirements.
- Make technical judgments to assess the production readiness of designs and ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
