Senior Material Planner

Casa Grande, AZ (Onsite)
Support Supply Chain Program Management team with execution of prototype vehicle introductions
Create Excel clear to build sheets to monitor inventory, in transit inventory, and expected shipments from suppliers
Analyze future shipment coverage and escalate potential shortages
Lead escalations with Direct Procurement team to resolve potential shortages
Report inventory health metrics to senior leadership
Actively follow up with transport on load status and location for all expedited freight.
Project Management- Engagement on vast array of supply chain projects to enhance and streamline operations and material planning processes
looking for Material Planning experience with interacting between Manufacturing, Engineering and vendors to manage changing demands, design changes and supporting the manufacturing schedule.
Automotive industry is a plus, but experience in other tech manufacturing industries would be good too"
Material Planning to support a manufacturing operation and not with supply chain experience
