Job Title : Project Manager (Architecture)
Role Overview
As project manager, you will work directly with the client, governing agencies, tenants (if applicable), all consultants and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will strike a balance between design and technical solutions to keep the project on track. You must possess excellent time management and proactively manage the small details that affect the project budget and schedule over time. Key Job Functions
- Lead projects and teams, across multiple projects.
- Ensure that the project conforms to the contractual agreement the firm has made with the client and in accordance with company quality standards and code requirements.
- Understand the client program requirements and all deliverables.
- Establish regular client meetings and attend with appropriate team and consultants as required by contract scope.
- Review contract drawings and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and coordination. Confirm that corrections and clarifications are made, if required.
- Control project profitability and liability exposure on behalf of KTGY.
- Direct, lead, and mentor staff to ensure professional development and proper use of time.
- Review project billings and update studio projections regularly.
- Monitor project receivable and assist in the collection of receivables.
- Develop a project schedule, establish and monitor project budgets along with project progress.
