Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Microsoft Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored Microsoft solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Qualify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Presentation and demonstration of Microsoft solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaboration with internal teams for seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and sales deal closure.
  • Industry trend analysis, market condition monitoring, and competitor activity tracking.
  • Exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Successful sales experience in the technology sector.
  • Microsoft product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and independence.
  • CRM software proficiency.
