This is a full-time on-site Farm Operator role located in Wahpeton, ND at KTM Farm. The Farm Operator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring the overall operation of the farm runs smoothly.
- Experience in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Knowledge of farm equipment maintenance
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
