Job Summary:
Represent one of the most recognized brands in Hawaiʻi! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant – Sales Support to assist with reporting, retailer portals, market research, and special projects. This behind-the-scenes role will help streamline sales operations by ensuring accurate data management and supporting key sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull and analyze sales reports, inventory data, and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update pricing lists, promotional schedules, and retailer portals.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitive pricing, and new opportunities.
- Process purchase orders and assist in tracking fulfillment.
- Support the sales team with data entry, research, and special projects.
- Assist in preparing financial and operational reports as needed.
- Maintain organized digital records and spreadsheets.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, market research, or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 360 programs.
- Experience with retailer portals, CRM systems, or sales tracking software is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
