Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment. This role involves assisting in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Duties

• Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards.
• Fabricate parts and products using hand tools and power tools as required.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely throughout the facility.
• Maintain an organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with assembly processes, mechanical knowledge, and the use of hand tools is advantageous.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: $17.06 - $18.77 per hour

• 10 hour shift
