Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Administer psychological evaluations and assessments for patients scheduled at Psychology clinic. Input information into the computer as required. Print out reports for computer scored testing.
- Order testing materials as needed. Order in quantities that are reasonable and give the department the best price over time. Track electronic testing to ensure that adequate testing is available. Work with Supervisor for new evaluation instruments.
- Ensure that proper records are maintained of all testing while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
- Perform information searches as requested by Supervisor. Utilize medical school library and other resources as necessary.
- Instruct psychology interns on psychology assessment and evaluation as requested. Some lecture attendance may be required. Prepare information to share with psychiatry residents and medical students for educational resources.
- Reliable Attendance and Punctuality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education : Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university) in psychology or related field preferred.
Experience : One to two years related experience

Knowledge of psychology evaluation and assessment tools. Work independently. Good time management and organization. English grammar and spelling. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to prepare, file and maintain patient records, files, reports and other correspondence.
