Position Summary
The Beach Attendant provides exceptional guest service and frontline support for visitors at Secret Island. This role is responsible for safely conducting informational tours of Kualoa Ranch’s property, ensuring guests receive proper safety equipment and instruction. As an ambassador of Hawai‘i and Kualoa Ranch, the Beach Attendant represents the company’s values and promotes a positive brand image.

As an ambassador of Hawai‘i and Kualoa Ranch, the Beach Attendant represents the company’s values and promotes a positive brand image.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting guests at Secret Island.
- Conduct beach and ocean activities with a focus on safety and guest enjoyment.
- Provide guided tours and ensure proper use of safety equipment.
- Monitor beach areas and report any safety concerns or hazards.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and breaking down beach equipment as needed.
- Strong swimming ability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record preferred.
- Full-time position. Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
