Job Title: CDL Tour Driver

Position Summary:
The Tour Driver provides exceptional guest service and ensures the safe and engaging delivery of tours across Kualoa Ranch property. Operating company vehicles and utilizing necessary safety equipment, the Tour Driver serves as an ambassador of Hawaiʻi and Kualoa, embodying and promoting the values and mission of the company. This role is essential to creating memorable and educational experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service, ensuring a welcoming and informative tour experience.
• Safely operate company vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and instructions.
• Conduct tours that highlight the cultural, historical, and natural significance of Kualoa Ranch.
• Maintain professionalism and act as a positive representative of Kualoa’s brand and values.
• Assist with pre- and post-tour vehicle inspections and minor maintenance as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a courteous and solution-oriented approach.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years driving experience and a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform moderate physical labor.

Schedule:

• Full-Time, with open availability required, including weekends and holidays.
