Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule maintenance jobs 2-3 months in advance
• Identify training needs of direct reports
• Forecast maintenance activities
• Manage customer expectations
• Complete FAA log entries for maintenance history
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in aviation maintenance (single engines to light jets)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain budgets
• Proficient in escalated/select maintenance tasks
• Experience with FAA regulations and compliance
