Role Overview
The Jacksonville office of Kubicki Draper seeks a Jr. Shareholder with 5 years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense, premises liability, or bodily injury is highly desired. Trial experience is a plus!
Your Day-to-Day:
- Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries
- Attend hearings, argue motions, manage complex civil litigation matters
- Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
- Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
What You Bring:
- Stellar academic credentials
- Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy
- Client-Centric Approach: Our clients are our compass—your unwavering commitment to exceptional client service
- Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Insurance defense, bodily injury, or premise liability experience preferred.
- Trial Experience a plus
