About the Position
This is a West Coast position. The ideal candidate will be located in Los Angeles, and will be able to work in the office. However, we will also consider candidates outside of Los Angeles, but located on the West Coast.

We are looking for a patent filing specialist or patent assistant who has at least two years of experience handling various patent prosecution related tasks. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Some example tasks where experience is preferred include:
- Preparing filing materials for, and filing, US Office Action responses;
- Preparing filing materials for, and filing, US provisional and non-provisional applications;
- Preparing filing materials for, and filing, PCT applications;
- Corresponding with foreign associates for foreign patent matters (e.g., filing of foreign applications, filing of foreign Office Action responses); and
- Remaining current with, and tracking, relevant docketing deadline for US, foreign and international patent matters.
The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Remote)
