Key Responsibilities:
- Follow standard work procedures and instruction guides to produce top-notch products.
- Operate equipment safely and effectively, ensuring a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support standardized work processes and achieve collective goals.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our production processes.
- Verify the quality of upstream processes before completing your assigned tasks.
- Participate in 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
- Understand and adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Take on special projects as needed to support team objectives.
- Be flexible and willing to cross-train in various roles.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Basic English language skills.
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
- Adaptability to handle frequent changes in business needs.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
