BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION The Instructor is responsible for enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees by leading in-person training and hands-on practical evaluation sessions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for training, confidence in public speaking, a desire to improve employee capabilities..  The Instructor position is a crucial role to ensure employees are well-equipped to meet the Organization’s goals and standards through facilitating training for employees, identifying training needs, and assisting in developing training materials. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:  This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: Facilitation and Training: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for employees, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as e-learning modules, simulations, practical exercises, discussions, videos, and lectures. Presentation and Public Speaking: Deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations to diverse audiences. Ensure that training materials are well-organized and presented in a professional manner. Logistics and Scheduling: Manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, coordinating with participants, and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available. Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update training programs, materials and learning aids to meet the evolving needs of the Organization. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback. Make recommendations for improvements based on data and participant feedback. Collaboration: Develop relationships with all Operational functions to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions. Reliability: Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of training programs. Maintain a high level of professionalism and dependability in all interactions. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs. Support Kubota's KPIs and Safety initiatives by aligning training objectives with business objectives and developing targeted programs to address specific skills and knowledge gaps. Continuously monitor the impact on KPIs and Safety by providing ongoing support to ensure sustained improvement. Other duties as assigned.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Two-year Associate Degree in a related field or Bachelor’s Degree preferred: In lieu of a degree, at least 3 years of directly related experience is required. Instructor-Led Training (ILT) with PIT and MHE experience is required. Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to develop and deliver engaging training content, especially using Articulate, Canva, or similar training authoring tool experience (preferred). Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including public speaking abilities and the ability to train others. Experience managing logistics and scheduling for training sessions is preferred. Ability to work with little supervision and be self-motivated is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.        PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Warehouse Distribution Center Environment.
