What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Marketing Specialist position at Kubota?
BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
The Parts Marketing Specialist will support the Parts Marketing team in expanding and creating and enhancing marketing content for dealers and internal Kubota use. This position will support our Digital Marketing Analyst with digital and print assets and will help expand our overall lifestyle marketing strategy. This position will work on developing and maintaining a Parts Marketing and Merchandising program that includes a detailed plan for merchandising and marketing targeting the end-users. This position will also help strategize and build the Kubota brand which will contribute to sales growth at the dealer level.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines:
Creates marketing and merchandising assets to promote the Kubota brand and product awareness
Designs and implements seasonal marketing through Plan-O-Grams
Assists and supports the graphic designer with current workload
Supports the Digital marketing team with digital and print assets
Develops marketing plans to expand our lifestyle marketing strategy and enhance the Kubota brand
Assists and supports K-Commerce with maintenance and setup needs
Works directly with dealers to set up parts showrooms
Helps setup photo shoots, promotions, and content marketing
Utilizes Kubota brand builder to establish global brand recognition, grow our dealer marketing content, and enhance campaigns.
Other duties as assigned by management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred:
In lieu of a degree at least 5 years of related experience required.
With a degree at least 3 years of experience required.
Proficient in Adobe Suite
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Project management experience preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and drive and own projects
Ability to work independently or in teams and can effectively work and collaborate with team members in other locations.
Proven ability to focus on continuous improvement.
Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, co-workers, executives, dealers, and suppliers.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
