The SAP Project Manager will lead the SAP S/4HANA project team(s) and be responsible for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project management across all functions within specified Kubota departments and affiliate companies. Areas of interest: S/4 HANA projects implementation experience;Success stories planning, directing and managing delivery of client S/4HANA implementation projects;Experience directing activities of project personnel to ensure projects stay within budget and scope.The SAP Project Manager will manage the S/4HANA definition and scoping of projects, alignment with business sponsors and key stakeholders, project execution, and communication of status and risks. The position will focus on providing key inputs into the design and planning of Kubota S/4HANA programs and projects and will manage a team of resources to establish consistent methodology and excellence in execution. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:Accountable for helping to manage the overall S/4HANA global implementation. Develop detailed plans for the delivery, identification and management of program resources in a matrixed environment. Manage and coach a SAP team that will make process changes to improve project execution efficiency and scalability on a Kubota North America level. Identify and partner with key business users from dealers, divisions and affiliate organizations to derive project needs that will enhance operations and systems. Develop and maintain work plans that consider strategic goals, priorities, milestones, time estimates, task sequencing and critical paths while at the same time determining what tasks can be performed concurrently. Ensures the timely and quality development of all deliverables for programs/projects. Must be able to thoroughly assess projects eliminating or minimizing scope creep. Create a consistent methodology to track and maintain future enhancements as additional requirements are added unexpectedly to a project. Additional duties as assigned by management.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or information technology at an accredited university preferred: In lieu of a degree at least 10 years’ experience managing SAP projects and at least 3 years of leadership experience and PMI Certification and/or PMP Certification and/or Six Sigma training is required. With a degree at least of 7 years’ managing SAP projects and 3 years of leadership experience required and PMI Certification and/or Six Sigma training is preferred.Experience in strategic planning and execution.Strong leadership, management and negotiation skills with the ability to be assertive before project tasks and go-live dates are late.Able to document complex requirements in a uniform and logical format that’s easily understood by both business and technical groups using basic tools like MS Office, Visio, Lucid Charts, Smartsheets and JIRA.
