Location: Jefferson, GA
Production Welder/Fabricator
Position Summary
Safely and efficiently welds products in accordance with work instructions, by using specialized and approved tooling to perform standardized work and ensure product quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce units within the standard cycle times, while maintaining quality standards.
- Operate Miller welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Support standardized work processes and team oriented goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Verify all previous parts have been assembled, and/or welded correctly
- Participates and maintains 5s standards
- Understands, complies in support of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Perform special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Basic English language competency
- Must be able to read and follow specific work instructions in English
- Flexible to handle frequent business need changes
- Must be able to work in a FAST paced environment with variable season temperatures
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of weld-shop processes preferred.
- Previous manufacturing welding experience

Physical Requirements
