Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste through efficient food handling practices.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and proper equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods.
- Monitor food service operations to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
