Job Description :
This new role will help solve the challenges of scaling a microservices architecture from an internally hosted system to multiple customer facilities and the cloud. The DevOps Engineer will refine existing implementations and solve emerging problems with a strong focus on meeting the customers’ needs while supporting an active research and development program.
Minimum Qualifications :
- A U.S. citizen with ability to hold a security clearance
- Three years of experience in a DevOps role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Expertise in scripting (Python, shell scripting)
- Expertise with Docker and container orchestration (Nomad, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, etc.)
- Proficiency in software development in at least one language (Python preferred)
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, et al.)
- Experience delivering solutions on the AWS platform
- Experience with system monitoring, introspection, and visualization technologies (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, et al.)
- Experience with GitLab CI / CD
