Job Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Join Kuebler Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative and play a key role in growing our market presence in encoders, sensors, slip rings, counters & displays, and more!
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new customers via phone calls and digital outreach.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and matching them with the right Kuebler products.
- Educate customers on our encoders, sensors, slip rings, counters & displays, and other industrial solutions.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to strategize and develop business opportunities and coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate data entry and CRM records to track leads and sales activities.
- Assist in preparing potential customer quotes, proposals, and product information.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and Kuebler’s product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Technical knowledge or experience in Electrical Mechanical and industrial transmission preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build trust with potential customers.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking is a plus.
- In-person attendance is required during business hours.
