Are you a motivated salesperson with a knack for building relationships and a strong technical aptitude? Kübler Inc. is looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative to focus on growing our business across the West Coast of the USA.
Products you are selling Counter, Displays, Encoder & Slip Rings into Industrial market.
State Covering: CA, OR. WA, AZ, CO, UT, MT NM, WY as needed
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business through cold calling and relationship building.
- Help customers solve problems with our innovative products, including encoders, slip rings, and counters.
- Leverage your mechanical or electrical knowledge to provide technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the West Coast region.
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate leads and build relationships.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their technical needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Expertise: Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of Kübler’s product portfolio, including encoders, slip rings, and counters.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to grow market share in the region.
- Technical Consultation: Provide guidance on product applications, leveraging mechanical and/or electrical knowledge to address customer challenges.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of technical sales experience.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets.
