Your Role
As a local CDL Driver, you will transport goods using a company truck, pick up and deliver boxes and packages, and ensure accuracy of paperwork. Reporting to a Supervisor, you will follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations. You will work Friday & Monday from 1 : 30 pm – 12 : 00 am, and Saturday & Sunday from 11 : 00 am – 9 : 30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $25.50 per hour.
Your Responsibilities
- Transport, load, and unload parts and tooling to facilities
- Maintain all required documentation
- Transport hazardous material
- Ensure loads match transportation orders communicated by yard management system
- Follow established traffic and transportation policies and all safety requirements
- Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles
- Work in various weather conditions and in non-climate-controlled environments
- Work overtime and weekends as needed
