YOUR ROLE
You will report to a Supervisor and perform weekly cycle counts, make system adjustments, and maintain accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection. You will work Monday - Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $18.00 per hour.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain inventory records and inventory management procedures
- Reconcile inventory and coordinate inventory procedures
- Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs and improving management of inventory
- Implement recovery program to ensure all defective product is accounted for and handled properly
- Help oversee the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reports
- Conduct system searches to locate products
- Develop a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location
- Process proper documentation to create a prompt credit transaction
- Develop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of recent experience in cycle counting and inventory control
- 1 year of recent forklift operating experience including an order picker and reach truck
- PC literate with experience in Microsoft Suites
- WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
- Experience operating material handling equipment
