YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a talented Design Specialist at Kuehne Nagel to bring our brand to life through dynamic visual content. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all media, playing a key role in shaping impactful campaigns that drive engagement and support our company's growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft compelling visual narratives that capture the essence of our brand and communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence.
- Uphold the highest standards of visual execution, ensuring consistency and innovation across all media and campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ideate and execute designs that resonate with our target audiences and support our marketing objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating them into our brand strategy to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
- Maintain the integrity of our brand identity across all platforms, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with our brand values and messaging.
- Creative Video Editor and Content Creator to producehigh-quality video content, collaborate on ideas, and stay updated withindustry trends. Proven experience in video editing, proficiency in editingsoftware, and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
