Your Role
As the Global Sales Vertical Lead - Consumer plays a central role in leading an assigned team to reach and exceed given targets, and at the same time personally contributes to key customer engagements. Their experience and set of social competencies enable tailored coaching, that first establishes and then leverages success of critical customer relationships, striving for continued profitable business extension across all products & services. This dynamic role involves the design and execution of measures to maximize individual team member performance within the respective scope of key customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Communicate industry trends effectively to keep the team informed and aligned.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, potential clients, and innovative solutions within the industry.
- Execute the corporate industry strategy by delivering tailored supply chain solutions that meet industry requirements.
- Lead and coach the Key Account Management team to drive growth and development of vertical and key accounts.
- Foster a culture of success and high performance through leadership, guidance, and coaching.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the Account Management Team.
- Promote knowledge sharing within the team and across verticals to enhance collective expertise.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and networking to expand the client base and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing customized solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensuring a robust pipeline and high closing ratio to meet targets and business plans.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
