Your Role
As the Integration specialist you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining the electronic exchange of information between our company and its business partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Integration protocols, standards, and processes, as well as exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain EDI maps, including translation rules and processes, for the exchange of data between our internal and external stakeholders following EDI protocols
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to identify and resolve any errors
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency
- Create and maintain documentation related to EDI processes, including mapping specifications and data interchange agreements
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on EDI processes, tools, and best practices
- Assist in managing integration projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3-5 years of experience working as an Integration Analyst or in a similar role
- 3-5 years of experience with creating integration projects
- A strong understanding of 3rd Party Logistics and SQL query language is preferred
- The ability to communicate effectively to work cross functionally with other support teams
