YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 5 : 00 pm - 1 : 30 am . As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
- Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
- Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
- Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
- Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
- Implement continuous improvement action plans
- Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
