Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne Nagel, our Union City site is looking for a new Quality Auditor to join our Contract Logistics team.
Your Role
As a Quality Auditor, you will report to a Lead or Supervisor and ensure that all product is audited and inspected before shipment. Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 5 : 00 am - 1 : 30 pm, or 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 30 pm and will be paid weekly at $19.50 per hour with a full benefits package.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure processes are followed to ensure accuracy and that quality standards are met
- Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations
- Identify non-conformances
- Monitor quality of outgoing shipments
- Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
- Resolve discrepancies or escalate according to process
- Work overtime and weekends
- Other responsibilities as assigned
